Instructions:

Mix the flour with the baking soda and cinnamon and sift.

Carefully stir the sugar with the butter and eggs. Add the milk little by little. Gradually add the flour and make a dough.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm and cut out circles with a large cup. Cut these out repeatedly with a smaller cup to make rings. Repeatedly remake the leftover dough.

Heat the fat and bake the rings in it, floating, until done. Remove, drain well and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
