For the orange-almond milk, grate the organic orange peel and add to the water. Then squeeze the orange.
Mix the almonds and water in a blender until the almonds are very finely chopped. Or grind almonds in a blitz chopper and only then add to the water.
Add orange juice and cook everything for about five minutes. Strain through a kitchen towel or muslin cloth and sweeten the orange-almond milk as needed.
