Instructions:

Make a yeast dough from the ingredients for the dough and let the dough rise covered.

Then divide the dough into 30 pieces and shape into long sticks.

Peel and press garlic, mix with olive oil, rosemary and salt, brush the sticks well with it.

Bake at 165 °C for about 20 minutes.

After baking, brush again with the oil mixture.
