Fish Fillets with Nut Crust

Rinse and dry the fish fillets. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with the lime juice. Remove the peel from the onion, dice finely, peel the garlic clove. Preheat the oven to 200 §C. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the diced onion over medium heat until golden brown. Press the garlic through a garlic press and fry briefly. Extinguish with the fish stock and simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Chop the nuts in a lightning chopper not too small (about 2mm pieces). Grease a shallow ovenproof dish, pour in the fish fillets with the lime juice and pour over the mixture from the frying pan. Sprinkle the nuts on top. Bake the fish fillets in the oven (center, convection oven 180 §C) in 20-30 min. until golden brown. Serve with white long grain rice, long grain rice with beans or fried ripe plantains.

Drink: You can offer a dry white wine with it, but a beer goes equally well.

Use peanuts.
