For the bell pepper pan with herb raita, set aside some mint and thyme.

Finely chop remaining herbs, mix cream with yogurt and fold in herbs.

Cut vegetables into small pieces, pluck meat into pieces, fry in oil, season with salt, pepper and chili flakes. Finally, fold in thyme and mint leaves.

Serve the bell pepper pan with herb raita.
