Instructions:

First, cover only the bottom of a cake pan (without a ring) with baking paper. The baking paper is best cut into the round shape of the bottom.

Now roll out the finished dough and cut out a circle the size of the cake base.

Place the cut out circle on the cake base lined with baking paper and prick it a few times with a fork.

Cut wide strips from the remaining dough, roll them up a bit and now place them along the round circle as a border so that the edge is a bit higher. Now in a bowl beat the eggs and the crème fraîche.

Peel and finely dice the onion, also finely dice the bacon and fold into the egg mixture. Grate the cheese and stir it in as well, add salt and pepper. Now put this mixture on the prepared dough.

Wash and quarter the cherry tomatoes and spread them on the quiche. Bake at 190 °C for about 20 minutes at top heat.
