For the mango orange dessert, peel the mango. Put the pulp into a blender jug.
Fillet the orange, also add the fillets to the blender jug, along with 1 pinch of cardamom.

ogurt with a tablespoon of lemon juice, vanilla sugar and grated lemon peel.
Arrange in layers in glasses and serve with long spoons.
