For the banana salad, wash and clean the fennel, remove woody parts and finely slice. Season with a mixture of half the lemon juice, sugar and salt.

Mix curd with milk until smooth and mix with salt, pepper, sugar and the remaining lemon juice to make a dressing. Marinate fennel with it. Peel bananas, cut into thin slices and mix in. Let the banana salad stand for about an hour, season again and serve.
