Instructions:

The flesh of the mango is cut into cubes while still in the skin by cutting it lengthwise and diagonally a few times without damaging the skin. Then run a spoon along the inside of the peel to lift out the cubes. Set the peels aside.

Mix the lemons, horseradish, mayo or possibly pepper, sugar, lime juice and milk or possibly whipped cream. Mix the shrimp pieces and mango cubes with the marinade. They should be well covered, but not swimming in the marinade.

Fill the mango shells with it, garnish with strips of bell bell pepper and mint leaves and bring to the table well chilled.
