Rinse and dry the meat. Stir through paradeis pulp, 1/2 tsp salt, oil, cloves, crushed garlic clove and 1 pinch pepper.

Place meat in marinade and marinate for 120 minutes or possibly overnight. Turn once in between to the other side.

Dry the meat. Heat 30 g fat in a frying pan and roast the meat in it over medium heat for 5-7 min on each side. season with salt. Remove meat from pan and keep warm.

Deglaze the pan with the marinade and fold in the crème fraîche. Season the sauce.

Cook peas in a little salted water according to package instructions. Cut lettuce into tender strips and mix with peas. Season vegetables.

Arrange vegetables and cutlets on a platter. Serve sauce separately.
