Peel and chop onion, put in a saucepan with juice of one lemon, add 1/ 2 asse of water. Pour in washed chicory, season with salt, season with pepper and cover with parchment paper, stew for 10 minutes until soft.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give a wonderful touch to your dish!
