Try this delicious pasta dish:
Form the crackers in a plastic bag and crumble with a pasta walker.
Peel the onion and cut into small cubes like the ham. Mix both with grated cheese, yogurt, crumbled crackers and 20 g of softened butter or light butter in a baking bowl. Beat the eggs with an electric mixer until creamy, season with salt and season with pepper.
Add the chive rolls and mix in the ham mixture.
Grease a quiche or tart springform pan (26cm) with the remaining fat, pour in the quiche mixture and bake on the top rack of the 250 degree Celsius oven (gas:level 5) for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with leaf salad.
