For the Stirred Gingerbread, preheat the oven to 200°C top-bottom heat.

Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir until nicely mixed.

Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes. Let the gingerbread cool and decorate as desired or cut into cubes.
