Instructions:

Drain the pineapple slices well. (Use juice elsewhere.)

Mix milk, egg, flour and vanilla sugar to a batter. Dip the pineapple slices piece by piece in it.

Heat the fat in a frying pan. Fry the pineapple pieces on both sides until light brown. Keep warm until serving.

Carefully fold the egg liqueur into the whipped cream.

Arrange the baked pineapple slices with the egg liqueur and lemon balm on plates, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
