Mulled Wine Jelly

For the mulled wine jelly, place all ingredients except the chocolate in a large saucepan and boil the liquid for about 3 minutes.

Make a gelatinization test! Stir in the chopped chocolate before filling the jelly.

Pour jelly into small hot rinsed jars. Close and let the mulled wine jelly cool.
