Instructions:

The name of this dish translates as “big cooking pot” and “dibi” means “dregs”. A colleague even translated it as “Burnt long grain rice”. J Stir milk, egg and V sugar heartily together and bring to a boil.

Then remove from heat, stir in rice flour, sugar and butter, simmer briefly one more time so that it takes on a semi-solid consistency (a little too liquid rather than too solid).

Pour half of this amount on a baking sheet (o. Ae.) and sprinkle the mixed topping ingredients on top. Pour the remaining amount on top and spread the rest of the topping evenly on top.

Allow the quantity to cool.

This dish tastes best just lukewarm. Unfortunately, when stored, the “dibi” loses a lot.
