Instructions:

For the shortbread, heat the oven to 180 degrees and line two baking sheets with enough baking paper. Beat butter with sugar until creamy and then add the vanilla sugar.

Add the cornflour and flour through a sieve and mix until smooth. Fill a piping bag with the mixture and pipe about 32 pcs on the two trays with enough space between them.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.
