For the pineapple crispy breakfast, remove the peel and core from the pineapple quarters, cut away the hard interior and divide into pieces. Keep some pieces for decoration, puree the rest of the pineapple flesh with the yogurt and honey.

Pour yogurt into a bowl and sprinkle with crunchy muesli, top with pineapple pieces and enjoy cold.
