Instructions:

Beat butter with egg yolks until fluffy. Mix in spices, spinach and flour. Fold in beaten egg whites as well.

Cut out gnocchi from this mixture or shave them with a spätzle sieve and place them in lightly boiling salted water and let them steep until they float to the top.

Remove the finished spinach gnocchi, drain and serve.
