For spaghetti Bolognese, chop onion and garlic. Then sauté onion and garlic in a little olive oil until onion and garlic are yellowish in color.

Then cut three bell pepper halves into small cubes, put them in a pot and sweat the whole thing for 8 minutes with a handful of sugar, salt and pepper, stirring frequently.

Add mince and sauté on medium heat for about 10 minutes until mince is well done. Add Basis Fix and water and stir well.

Bring to a boil and continue to simmer over low heat. Add peeled tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.

Mix sour cream with paprika powder and stir into sauce. Simmer again for 5 minutes

Put a pot of water, add some canola oil and a handful of salt. When the water boils, add pasta to the pot and cook until al dente.

Arrange the spaghetti bolognese on plates and serve.
