Knead a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients, let rest in a cool place for an hour and then cut out rings.

Bake at 180° for 10 – 12 minutes. If you like, coat the rings with a glaze of lemon juice and powdered sugar and decorate with a little warmed chocolate.
