For fruity schnitzel skewers, first cut schnitzel meat into large cubes. Wrap dried plums with 1 slice of bacon each. Cut the pineapple slices into cubes. Remove seeds from chili pepper, cut into fine strips and stir through with oil, lime zest and juice. Season with salt and pepper.

Thread meat cubes, dried plums and pineapple pieces alternately onto large skewers and brush with the chili oil. Grill the fruity schnitzel skewers on the heated grill for approx. 8 minutes on all sides.
