Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, fry in oil on both sides until golden brown (about 4 to 5 min in total). Butter an ovenproof dish, cover the chicken breasts with ham and cheese, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, bake in a heated oven at 200 °C for about 15 min.
Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
