Mix eggs, tofu, soy sauce and spices with a mixer. Heat fat in a frying pan, bake four omelets in order on 2 or automatic cooking plate 6-7. Prepare vegetables, cut carrots and peppers into strips. Steam vegetables on 2 or automatic cooking plate 4-5 with light butter or butter for 10 minutes until soft, season well. Place omelets on plates, spread vegetables evenly on top, fold omelets together.
