Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Add pepper, salt, chopped onions and bay leaf spice and pour enough water to cover the whole. Cook for about 20 to half an hour, until the whole is done. Mash finely with a potato masher.

Make a paste with the vinegar and the flour and mix it into the soup until it is creamy. Finish with a knob of butter. Cut the sausages into thin slices and add to the soup.

Sprinkle with the bread cubes before serving.
