Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200 °C top and bottom heat. Prepare 4 sheets of parchment.

Sort out the elderflowers and divide into small branches. Wash the asparagus, cut off the ends and peel the lower third of the stalks if necessary. Press the garlic. Wash the lemon while hot and cut into thin wedges.

Divide the asparagus among the sheets of parchment, arrange the elderflowers, lemon pieces and garlic cloves on top. Drizzle each with 1 tablespoon of oil, salt, pepper and close the parchment into parcels.

Bake on a baking sheet in the oven for about 15 minutes.

If desired, open and allow to bake for the last 5 minutes or so.

Sprinkle with chives to serve.
