Instructions:

For a wholemeal bread without sourdough, mix everything together with the kneading ax of the food processor, add sunflower seeds and flax seeds. If you like, you can also replace part of the sunflower seeds with chopped pumpkin seeds.

Put a deep plate with water in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes in a (greased and floured) loaf pan. Let the wholemeal bread dry out in a wet tea towel.
