Instructions:

Remove peel from 2/3 of the oranges, remove flesh from between the membranes. Squeeze the remaining oranges.

Mix mascarpone, curd, juice, milk, vanilla sugar and sugar until smooth. Divide orange fillets among glasses, pour mascarpone cream over them and serve decorated as you like.
