Instructions:

For the gooseberry-raspberry slice, first mix all the ingredients for the dough together well for 4-5 minutes.

Line the bottom of a rectangular springform pan with baking paper and spray the edges with shortening (alternatively grease with butter). Spread the dough well in the pan and sprinkle with the coconut flakes. Place in the preheated oven at 180 °C. After 5 – 7 minutes, take out again and sprinkle with the fruit, then continue baking for another 50 – 55 minutes.

Allow the gooseberry-raspberry slice to cool and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
