For the pork loin with potatoes, wash the pork loin and pat dry, then rub with salt and pepper. Pour the lard into a roasting pan and place the loin on top.

Cut the garlic into thin slices and spread evenly over the meat with the caraway seeds. Roast in the oven at 180 °C for about 2.5 – 3 hours. Pour the soup over the meat and turn it several times.

Half an hour before the meat is done, add the potatoes. And the last 15 minutes switch to grill.
