Instructions:

Remove mozzarella balls from package and pat dry. Place in a bowl and put in the freezer for 10-20 minutes. Prepare a plate with flour, one with verqurilte egg and one with breadcrumbs. Finely chop oregano leaves and mix into the breadcrumbs.

In a small saucepan, pour about a thumb’s worth of oil and heat. Now take the mozarella balls out of the freezer and place them all at once in the flour, circling over them with the palm of your hand so that the balls are completely covered with flour. Do the same with the egg and breadcrumb-oregano mixture. Now place the breaded mozzarella balls in the hot oil and toss until crispy golden brown.
