Try this delicious cake recipe:

Roll out dough 1/2 inch thick, lightly score halved plums in the center to make two connected quarter plums. Place plums, overlapping each other slightly, skin side down. After half the baking time, sprinkle the fruit with cinnamon sugar and finish baking. When baked from scratch, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bring to the table. This cake must be baked leisurely because of the fruit.
