Instructions:

For the carrot meat strudel, peel carrots and shallots. Then grate carrots and cut shallots into small cubes.

Steam mince, carrots and shallots in an unperforated container at 100° C for 10 minutes. Then drain the liquid and season with chopped parsley, salt and pepper.

Take the strudel dough out of the package, roll it out, spread the carrot and mince mixture on it and roll it up. If necessary, glue the ends with beaten egg white.

Now steam at 100° C for 20 minutes.

Mix the chopped herbs with the cream and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the finished carrot-meat strudel into pieces and serve with the herb cream.
