For the vegetable rice with saffron, wash the rice well, pour 3 tablespoons of hot water over the saffron and dissolve it. Fry the spices in 3 tablespoons of ghee, add the rice and fry everything together for about 2 minutes.

Pour 800 ml of water, add the dissolved saffron and let the rice simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Remove the spices. Stir in the peas, raisins and peanuts and continue to simmer until all the water is absorbed and the vegetable rice with saffron is cooked.
