Marzipan Chocolate Muffins

For the marzipan chocolate muffins, preheat the oven to 180 degrees hot air and place the paper shapes in the muffin tray. In a small bowl, mix buttermilk, eggs, vanilla sugar and marzipan. In a second bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt and add the small pieces of butter. The mixture should look coarse-grained. Gently mix together the flour mixture and the egg mixture. Mix in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the paper pans. Bake for about 20 minutes.

Decorate the marzipan chocolate muffins with whipped cream as desired.
