A cake recipe for all foodies:

3 tbsp. rum (Malibu or Amaretto will do just as well).

Chop the chocolate, put it in a small saucepan with the butter. Allow to melt gently over a low heat, stirring occasionally. Mix in the powdered sugar. Beat the egg yolks with a whisk and add to the chocolate form with the almond kernels and rum. Knead everything together thoroughly, refrigerate for about 1/2 hour. Use two teaspoons to form small, even portions. Form the portions into balls with your hands, repeatedly holding your hands under cold water in between. Roll half of the rum balls in cocoa powder, the other half in coconut flakes on the other side. Leave to cool for at least 30 minutes.
