QimiQ Flash Cake

Stir QimiQ until smooth. Add the grated nuts, powdered sugar, oil and eggs and mix well. Mix the flour with the baking powder and fold well into the cake mixture. Grease a cake pan (e.g. loaf pan) with butter and dust with flour. Fill in the dough and bake at 180°C until golden brown. (The baking time depends on the cake pan, about 40 minutes).
