A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Beat eggs and sugar until creamy. Heat butter and milk together until just before boiling and stir into egg mixture form. Combine flour and baking powder and fold in. Remove peel from apples, grate coarsely and fold in. Place dough on greased baking sheet. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle almond kernels on the dough.

Bake for about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven at 200 °C: It is not necessary to grate the apples, but you should cut them a little bit smaller pieces than eighths.

Variations of the cake are easy to have by adding (uncut :-)) cherries instead of apples. cherries under the dough or use rhubarb. Yummy, tasty.

According to this recipe, the cake may seem a tiny bit mushy (I like it that way), remedy is a tiny bit more flour.
