Instructions:

The Chinese cabbage is cut into 2cm wide strips.

The meat is mixed with half of the herb mixture and set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.

The crabs are mixed with the other half of the herb mixture and marinated for 15 minutes.

Then heat 3 tbsp of oil in a wok or possibly a frying pan and fry the onions in it until golden brown. Then add the meat and the shrimps and fry for a few minutes. Put this fried food on a plate, clean the wok, heat the remaining oil and fry the Chinese cabbage for a few minutes. The cabbage is seasoned with salt and sugar to taste. Then add the meat and shrimp to the Chinese cabbage for a few minutes and serve hot with long-grain rice.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen – these are also characterized by a fresh taste!
