A delicious recipe with red wine!

Cut all the meat into strips. Rinse vegetables, peel onions and cut into rings. Cut cucumber into pieces at the beginning, then into sticks. Quarter peppers, remove seeds and cut into thin strips. Pour into a large bowl, previously lined with the lettuce leaves. Whisk mustard with vinegar and oil to make a creamy sauce and season to taste. Empty over the meat and vegetables and let sit for a quarter of an hour. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Goes well with “Gschwellti” or brown bread Gschwellti = fur potatoes
