Instructions:

Sauté the shallot in butter, add the soaked (drained) lentils. Pour soup over it and cook for about

15 min. Fill up with water in between. Add the diced vegetables and continue cooking for about 15 minutes until the lentils are soft. Season with salt, pepper and a dash of vinegar.

Serve with sausage and potatoes and sprinkle with parsley.
