Instructions:

Lentils, half of the onions, bay leaf and clove lightly roll for an hour.

Make a roux with the remaining onions, lard and flour.

Stir paradeis pulp and roux into the lentil pot, season.

Add cooked meat, roasted sausages, vegetables and garnish.

Serve with sparrows.
