A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Melt all the ingredients for the caramel in a large frying pan. When it is mixed, cool a little bit and then add the nut ingredients.
Stir carefully. Bake in shallow pans in a preheated oven at 175 °C for 20-25 min. Stir every 5-7 min. When cool, add 1 cup of raisins.
Makes 4, 5-5 l.
