For chocolate mango muffins, first peel the mango. Puree half of the pulp, cut the other half into small pieces.

Mix egg, flour, cocoa powder, oil, baking soda, cane sugar and mango puree until smooth. Mix in mango cubes.

Pour the batter into a greased and floured muffin tray and bake the chocolate-mango muffins in the oven at 160 °C hot air for approx. 15-20 minutes.
