For the flake muesli, soak the cereal flakes in water, adding only as much water as the cereal will absorb. Meanwhile, mash the banana and grate the apple.

After soaking, mix the banana, apple and berries with the cereal flakes. Flavor with lemon juice and finish with the chopped nuts and whipped cream.

Sweeten with a little honey if desired. Pour into two bowls and serve.
