Instructions:

Knead flour, cold sugar cut into pieces, vanilla sugar, butter, egg yolks with dough hook just until it no longer sticks. Form into croissants ( At the ends more pointed, bent into the shape of a half moon). Bake at 175 degrees for 10 minutes, not too dark.

Roll in a mixture of powdered sugar and vanilla sugar while still hot.
