Instructions:

First prepare the dumplings for the pot dumplings on a berry bed. Squeeze the lemon and grate the zest. Mix curd cheese with lemon zest, lemon juice, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Chill the dumpling mixture for about 30 minutes.

For the berry topping, puree 250 g berries with powdered sugar, then pass through a sieve to remove the seeds, if desired. Mix in the remaining berries (100 g).

Spread the berry sauce on plates, make dumplings from the curd mixture with a tablespoon and place them on the plates.

Serve the curd dumplings on a bed of berries.
