Instructions:

Soak glass noodles in hot water for about 10 minutes. Strain glass noodles and cut coarsely with scissors.

Cut onion into fine rings, lettuce coarsely. Mix lime juice, rice vinegar, salt and possibly chili.

Mix glass noodles, lettuce and onion with the marinade.
