For the chard strudel, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash the chard and cut into thin strips. Sauté onion and garlic in oil, then add chard and saute.

Let the chard cool, mix with the crumbled feta and the grainy cream cheese and season with the spices. Place the first strudel sheet on a wet, cold dish towel and brush with oil, then place the second strudel sheet on top, 180° apart, and brush as well. Do the same with the remaining strudel sheets.

Pour the chard mixture into one-third of the strudel, fold the side edges over the mixture, and roll up the strudel using the tea towel. Brush the surface with oil as well and bake at 200°C hot air for about 25 to 30 minutes until the chard strudel is golden.
