Crispy Spring Rolls From the Hot Air Fryer

For crispy spring rolls, first wash and finely dice the carrots. Drain the corn. Cook the carrots and peas in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, wash, dry and finely chop the cilantro. Wash the iceberg lettuce, spin dry and cut into thin strips. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and chop finely.

Mix the vegetables with sesame oil, soy sauce, chili, cilantro and lettuce and season with salt and pepper.

Beat the egg. Place one sheet of spring roll, brush with the egg and place a second sheet on top. Top with the vegetables and roll up. Brush ends with egg and press together well. Repeat until vegetables are used up.

Place the spring rolls on the (greased) grill cup and bake in the Philips Airfryer hot air fryer at 200 °C for about 15 minutes. Serve crispy spring rolls immediately.
